SUMMARY
The aggregation is an amalgamation of 5 separate properties including:-

Progressively managed by the Four Arrows Group, The North Tahara Aggregation is ideally located on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga and has played a critical role in the larger Four Arrows Rural portfolio which spans along the Murrumbidgee River from Wagga Wagga to Hay in the Riverina.

LOCATION
The aggregation is very well situated - located 18-21km east of the city of Wagga Wagga on the Gundagai/Wantabadgery Rd.
The property is only minutes from the main Sydney to Adelaide Sturt Highway, and also conjuncts with the Hume Highway, 35km further east, running between Sydney (476km) and Melbourne (458km).

WATER
The Pinnacles has an outstanding reticulated watering system including 4 tanks (located in Hill, Clover, Windmill, & Homestead paddocks) which reticulate to a series of stock water troughs. There are two access points for town water. A network of 15 surface dams supplement the reticulated trough system. Back Paddock North and South are bisected by Wheel of Fortune Creek.

WATER
Valima has impressive water resources - including a reticulated watering system, supported by the some 29 dams, in addition to frontage to Thompson’s and Middle creeks. Storage tanks located in Taylors paddock reticulate to Willow Tree West, Hut, and Taylors paddocks. There are also two large concrete storage tanks situated at the woolshed complex.
Valima Bore - A bore located at Valima homestead supplies the homestead and immediate paddocks.

Predominantly undulating plateau country with generally heavier granite soil types and scattered timber, ideal for grazing. Well sheltered country with a good coverage of white and yellow box timber.

Two 5,000 gallon concrete tanks, adjacent to the homestead, are supplied from the Wolf Bone bore, which is equipped with a ½ HP submersible pump, supplying a tank in Basin paddock which reticulates to a series of troughs to the south east of the property.
