Situation & Services

Prime location - 22kms north of Yass, 36kms from Boorowa, 11kms from Rye Park, 98kms from Canberra and 292kms from Sydney via the Hume Highway.

Excellent services – Yass (population approx 5,500) is a large rural service centre with a complete range of commercial and educational facilities, together with livestock sale yards. Export abattoirs at Goulburn, Cooma and Wagga Wagga.
