REMARKS
The three properties complement each other significantly, allowing for size and scale, and different climatic features. The current owners have primarily used Giro Station for a large scale cattle breeding operation, with progeny transported to Eastern Hills and Graces for finishing/fattening and then on to sales at either Walcha or Tamworth.
Alternatively, Eastern Hills and Graces would all be equally suited to be run as ‘stand alone’ enterprises, with each property having the necessary infrastructure to be operated separately.
All three properties would be suitable for Agro-Forestry, with Eastern Hills and Graces currently surrounded by hardwood and softwood plantations which thrive in this climate. Giro Station would be equally suitable to a number of Agro-forestry enterprises with its predominantly cleared gently undulating terrain.
