Tubbo Station is the flagship of the outstanding Four Arrows Group property portfolio. Purchased in the early 1990’s as a large Merino sheep and wool growing property, in the past 20 years it has been converted in to one of the most dynamic farming and grazing properties
in Eastern Australia.
In assembling the Four Arrows portfolio, management’s vision was to “maximise production through access to secure irrigation water”. They recognised the importance of water in agriculture – as a means of guaranteeing supply, and increasing sustainability and profitability.
Having had only three owners since its settlement in the 1840’s, Tubbo Station is being offered for sale “as a whole” or in lots, namely:-
TUBBO STATION (in subdivision)
18,892 ha (46,682 ac), outstanding ‘low input’ livestock country
TUBBO IRRIGATION FARM

HISTORY
One of the largest remaining holdings in the Riverina, the history of the Station dates back to the 1840's when it was taken up by Englishman John Peters. Since then the property has only had three owners, which is testimony to its outstanding natural features. Since its purchase in the early 1990's a number of adjoining Coleambally irrigation farms were also acquired.
LOCATION
The Station is ideally situated on the Sturt Highway - 15kms from the village of Darlington Point, 53kms from the major regional centre of Griffith, 150kms from Wagga Wagga, 600kms from Sydney and 500kms from Melbourne.
COUNTRY
Prime Riverina pastoral country, converted into a highly productive grazing and intensive broad acre irrigation farm.
